Version 2.1 – 28th February 2025

This release will focus on improving the UX. The highlight here is definitely the Expert Mode.
 
  • 🥸 Expert Mode: Allows users to choose between a simplified or advanced configuration mode. The simplified configuration mode provides users with sensible default settings and hides more exotic options.
  • 🧹 Streamlined User Interface: We’re moving a lot of explanatory texts into small info icons, so they’re no longer in the way.
  • 👉🏻 Migration of Old Settings: Transfer of settings from AURUM Navigation v1 to the new version.
  • 🎈 Animations: There are now simple animations that make editing much more visually pleasing.
  • ⚠️ Enhanced Error Handling: Improved and more user-friendly validation of widget configuration.
  • 🤯 Lots of Little Things: Performance and stability improvements, as well as countless minor bug fixes.

Version 2.2 – 30th April 2025

This release focuses on adding new widgets and improving the experience for new users.

  • 🌎 Group Widget: The Group Widget can be used to create jump-off points to the various Microsoft 365 services of a group.
  • 🎂 Birthday Widget: Never miss the most important day of your users.
  • 📰 Improved News Widget: We want your news to look good so we invented new layout options.
  • 💭 Interactive Guide: Users are guided interactively through the application and receive an introduction to the key features.
